I help businesses get important things done across Australia and New Zealand.
Usually, you already know what you’re trying to get done. You probably even know most of what needs to happen along the way.
But when everyone’s busy doing their day-to-day job, progress can be slow. Without someone driving it, decisions take longer, deadlines slip and important work starts to drift.
That’s where I come in.
You’re the expert. I’m not there to take over.
I get across what’s going on, we figure out what needs to happen next, and then I keep things moving until it’s done.
That usually means:
- helping build a realistic plan
- keeping track of progress and all the moving parts
- chasing the things that need chasing
- occasionally asking the awkward question
Essentially, I help your team get the thing over the line, so you can get on with whatever comes next.
