But when everyone's busy doing their actual job, finding the time to pull together a realistic plan, keep people informed, ensure decisions are made and deadlines met... can be surprisingly difficult.
That's where I come in.
You're the expert. I'm certainly not there to take over.
My job is to bring some focus, structure and momentum. Build the plan. Keep track of the moving parts. Chase the things that need chasing. Ask the awkward question occasionally.
And help your team get the thing over the line, then get on with whatever's next.
